Holiday Shipping

Place your order by the following dates to ensure on time arrival ahead of the holidays:

Domestic US Shipping:
East Coast:
Monday, 12/13 by 12pm PST
West Coast:
Wednesday, 12/16 by 12pm PST

Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We are currently unable to offer gift notes, but not include invoices in shipments, so gift recipients will not see your order’s price.

Please double check that your shipping information is correct before you complete the checkout process. If you need a hand, please email us at info@penelopeslight.com with your order number followed by the subject line, and we’ll try our best to help. For example:

Domestic Shipping

Enjoy flat rate shipping of $3.50 on all Domestic US orders. There is no minimum order requirement.

You will typically receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the label is created for your order. The tracking status may take up to 48 hour to register once your label has been created.

Once an order is shipped, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

Expedited Shipping

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time, but look forward to expanding our shipping options in the future.

International Orders

We do not offer international shipping at this time, but look forward to expanding our market in the future.

Holiday Closures

Our studio will be closed on the following days:

Thanksgiving Thursday + Friday, 11/25 - 11/26
Christmas Eve Friday, 12/24
New Years Eve Friday, 12/31

Exchanges and Returns

If you are not satisfied with one of your Penelope’s Light candles, you can return an unused product within 7 days of your purchase. Please contact us at info@penelopeslight.com within 7 days of receiving your order to start the process.

If an item is damaged or incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us at info@penelopeslight.com within 7 days of your receiving your for a refund or exchange. Include photos, store receipt, and a detailed description in your emails so that we know how to help.

In your email to us, please include your order number followed by the request in the subject line. For example:

#12345 - Exchange Request
#12345 - Return Request

We want to do everything we can, within reason, to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

Note: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition items, gift cards, or items not produced by Penelope’s Light are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
